Iyamapo/olorunsogo LGA, Oyo State

Olorunsogo Local Government Area (LGA), with headquarters in the town of Igbeti, is located in the North Senatorial District, Oyo State, Nigeria. It was created in 1996 from the former Igbeti Local Government Area. The LGA has a population of 81,759 according to the 2006 census, with a projected population of 116,200 in 2022. The total area of Olorunsogo is 235 km², with a population density of 71.17 people per square kilometer.
