Irepodun/Ifelodun is a Local Government Area (LGA) within the Ekiti Central Senatorial District of Ekiti State, Nigeria. Established on June 11, 1989, after being separated from Ekiti Central LGA , it spans an area of 339.9 square kilometres. The LGA has a projected population of about 196,700 people as of 2022, with a population density of 578.7 individuals per square kilometre, compared to a population of 131,330 recorded in the 2006 census.The area is home to notable tourist attractions, including the Osun Tourist Center and Elemi Tourist Center, both located in Igede-Ekiti, drawing visitors from across Nigeria.
